At the time we didn't know (or see) that there was an upper level for self parking.After temporarily parking at the entrance on W Reno Ave (with no staff in sight at all) the front desk person at check-in told us it would be fine to leave our car until we have moved our belongings into our suite and then move the car to the self parking garage upper level (apparently she had a different view on where temporary parking is permitted or not).Once we came back to our car a security staff yelled at us (without any greeting or offer for help) that he would tow our car immediately if we don't move it ASAP. And the self parking garage showed "full" on the ground level. Instead we only got directions to self parking, which we didn't comprehend not knowing the area around the hotel. The valet service failed to explain to three adults in the car how the expected check-in procedure is suppose to work. ![]()
